Class settings are small and intimate with twelve clients or less so you get the special attention you need with trainers specifically certified to train clients of all levels and abilities. Whether you're a pro who needs those advanced challenges added into the workout or a first timer who needs special modifications, we're with you every step of the way.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. If it’s your first time at One Lagree let us know you're a newbie so we can instruct you on how the Mega works and show you around the studio. Note: if you're not signed in by the start of class you're spot may be given to a client on the wait list
Don't forget your H20. Hydration is an important part of any healthy lifestyle! Drink your water before, during and after your One Lagree workout. Forgot your water or emptied your bottle? No worries, we have a filtered water station and bottled water for sale.
GET A GRIP
You're gonna need those grip socks. We don't want you to slip during that amazing lunge you're holding! To ensure a safe workout we require clients wear grip socks to classes. Don't have a pair? Don't sweat it! We have plenty to choose from for purchase at the studio.
