ONE LAGREE 101
Class settings are small and intimate with twelve clients or less so you get the special attention you need with trainers specifically certified to train clients of all levels and abilities. Whether you're a pro who needs those advanced challenges added into the workout or a first timer who needs special modifications, we're with you every step of the way.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. If it’s your first time at One Lagree let us know you're a newbie so we can instruct you on how the Mega works and show you around the studio. Note: if you're not signed in by the start of class you're spot may be given to a client on the wait list
Don't forget your H20. Hydration is an important part of any healthy lifestyle! Drink your water before, during and after your One Lagree workout. Forgot your water or emptied your bottle? No worries, we have a filtered water station and bottled water for sale.
GET A GRIP
You're gonna need those grip socks. We don't want you to slip during that amazing lunge you're holding! To ensure a safe workout we require clients wear grip socks to classes. Don't have a pair? Don't sweat it! We have plenty to choose from for purchase at the studio.
Change of plans? No worries. Just cancel your class 12 hours or more before the class you will receive a full credit back onto your account. If the class is cancelled during the 12 hour window or you do not show up to class, you will lose your class credit.
All classes should be cancelled online. Log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.
Notify us as soon as you think something is up! We don't want to give your spot away if you're coming or miss showing you around the studio if you're a newbie. We need to know if you're lost or had a change of plans.
If the class you want to attend is full, join the wait list. To join the wait list you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email, text, or phone depending on the preference set in your profile. To receive these reminders your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders. You can remove yourself from the wait list up to 4 hours before the class starts-- please do so if you no longer plan on joining the class -- if you are pulled off the wait list within the 12 hour cancellation window- your account will be credited as if you attended.
TO CHECK YOUR WAITLIST STATUS, LOG INTO MINDBODY, GO TO MY INFO, CLICK MY SCHEDULE. IF YOU GOT INTO THE CLASS IT WILL SAY “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CLASS, BE SURE TO REMOVE YOURSELF OR NOTIFY US AND WE’LL REMOVE YOU.
For guests enrolled in monthly unlimited memberships all No Shows will incur a $25 no show fee. No exceptions. Late cancels will incur a $15 late cancel fee. No exceptions.
Limit 1 session per day.
One Lagree is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.
A valid Mastercard, Visa, or American Express must be on file for all active accounts.
You may not freeze a monthly unlimited membership.
AFTER YOUR MONTHLY UNLIMITED PACKAGE EXPIRES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE SAME TERMS. TO CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL, SIMPLY EMAIL US AT INFO@ONELAGREE.COM AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR PACKAGE.

It's Not Pilates, It's Lagree
Pilates is fantastic but One Lagree is a different workout entirely. Though both are low impact and strengthen the core. The Lagree Method is performed at a much higher intensity with cardiovascular elements. The Lagree Method™ combines strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility not only in each session, but in every single move making it not only the most effective workout but the most efficient.

Yep, we've got the FIRST M3 Megaformer in town! It's spring loaded and totally adjustable. Need to lean down, bulk up or repair an injury? We've got a spring for that.
Transitioning from exercise to exercise is a breeze in this 45 minute workout. It's about how much intensity, not just time, you put into your workout. Our equipment allows you to achieve the most efficient workout in each and every session.
Let your instructor know if you're new to the M3 Megaformers before class begins! They'll give you a run through and show you're in for.

Hard Core ↴
No pun intended. Our workouts are challenging to the core! Designed by celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree, each session burns 500-800 calories and constantly pushes you to your limits.
In addition, each exercise targets your slow twitch muscle fibers which are scientifically proven to burn the most fat. The entire workout is spring based so springs keep constant tension on slow twitch muscle fibers which boost metabolism for hours after the workout making it one of the most intense yet low impact workouts out there.
