Change of plans? No worries. Just cancel your class 12 hours or more before the class you will receive a full credit back onto your account.
All classes should be cancelled online. Log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.
For guests enrolled in 'Monthly Unlimited Memberships' all late cancels will incur a $15 fee. No exceptions.
Can't make it? We get it...but there are other clients trying to get your spot so we charge a $25 no show fee when you no show.
For guests with class packages, a class will be deducted for all no shows and late cancels. No exceptions.
Notify us as soon as you think something is up! We don't want to give your spot away if you're coming or miss showing you around the studio if you're a newbie. We need to know if you're lost or had a change of plans.
If the class you want to attend is full, join the wait list. To join the wait list you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email, text, or phone depending on the preference set in your profile. To receive these reminders your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders. You can remove yourself from the wait list up to 4 hours before the class starts-- please do so if you no longer plan on joining the class -- if you are pulled off the wait list within the 12 hour cancellation window- your account will be credited as if you attended.
TO CHECK YOUR WAITLIST STATUS, LOG INTO MINDBODY, GO TO MY INFO, CLICK MY SCHEDULE. IF YOU GOT INTO THE CLASS IT WILL SAY “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CLASS, BE SURE TO REMOVE YOURSELF OR NOTIFY US AND WE’LL REMOVE YOU.

One Lagree is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.
A valid Mastercard, Visa, or American Express must be on file for all active accounts.
You may not freeze a monthly unlimited membership.
AFTER YOUR MONTHLY UNLIMITED PACKAGE EXPIRES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE SAME TERMS. TO CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL, SIMPLY EMAIL US AT INFO@ONELAGREE.COM AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR PACKAGE.
